PavedIT provides live-source career discovery and evidence-based recommendation tools. It is not an employer, recruiter, background-check provider, or guarantee of employment.

Job information

PavedIT displays only attributable job records with an original source URL. Confirm every opportunity, requirement, salary, and availability with the employer before applying.

Recommendation limits

PavedIQ scores are directional aids generated only from live job records and candidate-provided evidence. They must not be used to screen, reject, or make employment decisions. Scores do not predict interviews, offers, or compensation.

Acceptable use

Do not upload content you lack permission to use, impersonate recruiters or employers, scrape restricted data, or use PavedIT to discriminate or harass.

Launch dependency

These beta terms require legal review, governing-law selection, dispute terms, and business-entity details before commercial availability.
